핵심 평가 요소 5가지와 하위 변수 25개로 대상 기업을 평가했다. 이중 핵심 평가 요소는 용성(Availability), 자격(Qualifications), 평판(Reputation), 경험(Experience), 전문성(Professionalism) 등이다.

선정된 Top 20은 1위부터 살펴보면 A.J. Keirn Investigations, ACES Private Investigations Austin, Acme Investigations, Austin Spy Shop, Bates Investigations, CM Investigations, Inc. , Executive Investigations LLC.이다.

또한 Gillespie Investigations & Security, Investigations Unlimited LLC, JPPI INVESTIGATIONS, K. Ross Consulting, Lighthouse Investigations & Litigation Support, Red Flag Detective Agency 등도 포함된다.
